Let’s Work Together

We’re hiring representatives for our ‘26 market season!

$19-$22/hour (experience dependent)| Saturdays & Sundays | May–October

Ray Road is a small-batch, organic nut butter company based on the Colorado Front Range. We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy human to run farmers markets on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the market season.
This is not just standing behind a table — you are the face of the brand.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down a full farmers market booth independently (10 ft pop-up tent, tables, signage, product display)
- Sample and talk about our various products with customers
- Create genuine, engaging interactions that drive sales
- Handle sales (POS system + cash)
- Keep booth clean, stocked, and visually dialed
- Transport tent, tables, and product to/from markets

Markets typically:
- Set up: 7–8 AM
- Breakdown: 1–2 PM
Primarily Denver area, with some Longmont, Boulder, Lafayette, and Lyon

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in a customer-facing role (retail, service, events, etc.)
- Can confidently run a booth solo
- Have your own vehicle with space to transport a tent, tables, and products (It fits in a Nissan Leaf — so no truck required.)
- Are physically able to lift and set up a 10 ft pop-up tent independently
- Bring strong, positive energy and genuinely enjoy farmers markets
- Are excited about small businesses, organic food, and connecting with people.

Farmers markets are a lot of fun and are very social but they also require you to be ‘on’, engaged, and enthusiastic for an extended amount of time! This will be a great fit if you are excited to work weekend mornings and consider yourself a reliable person. We do not hire extra folks for ‘cover’, your market will be your responsibility!
