Ray Road started in 2023, in Colorado, with a simple frustration. We'd stand in the grocery aisle reading nut butter labels — oils, sugars, gums — and put the jar back. We wanted nut butter, straight up. So we started grinding our own.
We're Micah and Kate Pyle, and we run Ray Road with our son, Atticus. We buy organic nuts, roast them ourselves, and grind them into the jars you see here. Ingredient transparency is the whole point — you should be able to read the label in one breath.
Our promise is the one we make at our own table: we'll never sell a nut butter we wouldn't feed our son.
