Cookie Dough

All the cookie, none of the oven. Organic cashews, almonds and pecans ground smooth with maple syrup, coconut, vanilla bean and a crunch of cacao nibs. Eat it off the spoon, swirl it into oatmeal, or spread it on a warm slice of toast.
